The city and province stay, deliberately, so the analysis still works. The same person gets the same stand-in in every file, so patterns hold. When the AI's answer comes back, Kozentis restores the real values.
What Kozentis does that a masking tool does not
Free masking tools exist, and an owner with time can wire one up. What they get is software; what they operate is another system, and what they carry is the judgment about what needed protecting in the first place.
Kozentis works the other way around. It decides what needs protecting in this business, sets the protection up, and stands behind it, and the client operates nothing. The service is the decisions and the accountability, not a detection engine sold on accuracy claims.
Every business record lands in one of three tiers
This classification is the heart of the service, done with the owner and specific to the business. It is why the price reads as judgment rather than software.
Operational facts with nobody's identity in them: stock levels, seasonal patterns, category totals. AI can see these raw, and most of a business's questions live here.
Records that are usually fine but sometimes are not: supplier terms, staffing summaries, notes that mention people in passing. A person looks before AI does.
Customer lists, payroll, patient records, account numbers. These go through Stay Protected first, every time, and the real values never leave the business readable.
Security, stated plainly
Kozentis claims no certifications it does not hold. The statement it can make is concrete: the code makes no external calls, the server makes external calls impossible, and tests check it on every change.
Files are processed in Toronto and the data stays in Canada. Results are available for download for 24 hours and then deleted.
The trial, in plain terms
Three files, up to ten megabytes each, in XLSX, CSV, DOCX, or TXT, through the full loop including restoring them. Failed files never count against the allowance. Trial data is removed after 30 days of inactivity. The trial carries no service agreement, so use non-production data if unsure.
